Your processed personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities upon request, within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK, without the obligation to inform and without your explicit consent.
Apart from this, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions specified in the law (administrative authorities such as ministries, presidential councils) upon request and in cases clearly specified in the law, within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law. - We would like to inform you that you have the right to demand compensation for the damage in case your personal data is damaged due to processing in violation of the Law.
