General Information:

The “Transparent Curtain Wall System” is a frameless glazing technique used to create striking architectural designs in projects where transparency is crucial, using uniquely designed load-bearing systems. The purpose of transparent facades is to maximize daylight and reveal interior spaces.

In the Transparent Facade System, the main structure supporting the glass is constructed of stainless steel or steel construction, as required, suitable for the building’s intended use. Additionally, glass columns or tensioned rod systems are constructed using structural calculations.

In this system, the glass is connected to the supporting steel structure using double-glazed or laminated single-glazed glass, drilled on all four sides, via stainless steel tie rods attached to the steel structure. The most significant feature of this system is the maximized visibility between interior and exterior spaces due to the use of only transparent glass as the façade cladding material.

Glass thickness is selected based on the static values determined by the width and height of the intended use. Ultraviolet-resistant silicone is applied to the horizontal and vertical joints between the glass to ensure sealing.
