It has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and SEDA METALCEPHE SİSTEMLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKET is the data controller because it processes personal data about you, determines the purposes of data processing, and establishes and operates the data processing system.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Processed Data
Your personal data, as specified below, is processed for the purposes of ensuring company security for our visitors, job candidates, employees, suppliers, and customers, ensuring the security of entry and exit to company private areas, ensuring internal authorization, and fulfilling other relevant regulations. Personal data is collected in all forms, verbally, in writing, or electronically, in accordance with the purposes specified in this disclosure document.

Personal Data Transfer and Purposes
Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities upon request, within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK, without the obligation to inform and without your explicit consent.
Processed personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies or administrative authorities upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with relevant legislation, within the purposes and limitations stipulated by law.
Data Controller Rights and Obligations
As the data controller, it has the right and obligation to process personal data in accordance with Article 6698 KVKK and other relevant laws, to prevent unlawful processing and access of personal data, and to take adequate security measures in line with technical and physical possibilities for the safe processing and storage of personal data.
We are committed to keeping Personal Data confidential, taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security, and exercising due diligence. The protection of Personal Data is a crucial issue for our Company. All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We utilize generally accepted security technology standards when processing Personal Data. Despite taking the necessary information security measures, if Personal Data is damaged or accessed by third parties as a result of attacks on our company’s website or data processing systems, we will immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board and take the necessary measures.
If at least one of the following is true, personal and sensitive personal data may be processed for the specified purposes even if explicit consent is not obtained, as stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
- It is clearly provided for in the relevant laws.
- Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
- It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.
- It has been made public by the relevant person (data owner).
- If it is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of a person who is unable to give her consent due to a physical impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of someone else.
- Data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person. Processing is prescribed by law for special categories of personal data (data related to a person’s race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other belief, appearance and dress, membership in associations, foundations or unions, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data) other than data related to health and sexual life.
- Processing of data related to health and sexual life by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under the obligation of confidentiality for the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing health services and their financing.
Data Owner Rights and Obligations
The data owner has the rights written in Article 11 of Law No. 6698.

- e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,
- f) To request that the operations carried out in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself, by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- g) To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data,
